Julie Fine has more than two and a half decades of mastery as a bespoke clothing artisan, excelling in crafting tailor-made clothing, performing meticulous alterations, and fashioning exquisite handbags. Her passion for design took root during her time in the theater program at Marshall University, ultimately leading her to establish her boutique, The Dressmaker’s Closet, in Charleston, where she spent two decades servicing clients in the Kanawha Valley. After selling her brick and mortar business, she began focusing on her handbag designs. What distinguishes her bag creations is their individual uniqueness, as no two are ever replicated, rendering each piece a genuine work of art.
